This Reddit thread we stumbled upon that started with a story of petty revenge but ended up being a perfect list of ways to prank people if you have their phone number.
This pizza delivery guy got shorted $7, the customer apologized and said he would go back to his home and give him the extra dough. But guess what? The customer lied, and the delivery guy never saw him again. However, this guy left his phone number with him, as one does when they order a pizza. So then the pizza delivery guy saved this customer's number and every now and then calls him up asking him for various reason why he needs $7.
