Southwest Airlines Employee Quits Job, Gives Epic Speech

Everyone has their breaking point. When you find yourself being employed by a company that feels like they treat you like no more than another cog in the massive machine, it can really begin to weigh on you. It looks like this guy had enough. Kudos to him for having the courage to deliver that passionate speech. One would just hope that he didn't completely mess up his chances of getting unemployment and the bonus by quitting instead of being fired.
