Labrador Decides To Munch On A Wedding Cake Hours Before The Wedding

In an attempt to safe guard an expensive, beautiful and elaborate wedding cake from harms way, a couple Scott Willis and Jackie Walker asked one of her bridesmaids' sister's if she could store the cake (until the wedding the next day) at their home. Seems like a pretty good plan... what they weren't expecting was the dog's sweet tooth...

Donna's, (Gemma's sister...aka bridesmaid of Jackie) husband Liam had let Bella roam around the previous night and had forgot to close her back in her cage. So very hungry Bella decided to make the best of her night and what better way that chocolate cake?
It wasn't until the morning of that everyone say what Bella had done. Not to mention she had taken a good bite out of each of the three layers of the gorgeous wedding cake.
So you can probably already see how this looks like...
Gemma explained," When I got there Donna's face had dropped and I honestly thought they had called off the wedding. We walked through to the kitchen and Bella had ruined the cake. Donna started crying and we just didn't know what to do."

Well, with all the commotion they knew one thing was for certain. There was a wedding today and there needed to be a cake. Gemma and Donna started to frantically call every cake shop in the area hoping someone can do something!
They even decided to not tell the groom and the bride in hopes they could find something. And as luck would have it.... They did! A local bakery was able to put together a whole other 3 tear wedding cake in less than 3 hours! It was delivered to the wedding on time! And yes, the lovely bride and groom did find out and now they can all laugh about it!

But lets not forget about Bella! We all know that chocolate isn't very kind to dogs. Thankfully, Bella is doing just fine. But she won't be have any sweets anytime soon.
