This disaster comes as a shock for many of us. We have family in the area who has been displaced, and thankfully, them and their furry family members are all safe. We can't say the same for everyone, though. It takes a lot of guts to be a reporter. This woman is literally standing at the edge of a natural disaster to give people live updates on how things are going, and we think she deserves a round of applause. She also happened to catch a wholesome moment of hope in the middle of all the of chaos. She found some residents evacuating while saving their horses, walking them away on foot to safety.
