Well, this is awkward. A note to all brides: you should definitely feed your photographers at your wedding. A lot of folks chimed into this thread, whether they are wedding photographers, caterers, or former brides themselves, claiming they have never seen a photographer not fed at a wedding. It's sort of expected, as your photographer is with you all day long. From taking photos of the wedding party getting dressed to the ceremony and the reception, you can't expect them to go all day without eating. Especially when the photographer is your sister. Or, step-sister, that is. These two step-siblings have never gotten along, but their mom tried to keep the peace for the sake of the wedding. She tried to make a peace offering, asking her daughter, who is a photographer, to photograph the wedding for free as a gift so the bride and groom could save on costs. The daughter reluctantly did, but she did it for the sake of keeping peace. She was there all day long and then came the reception. She found out that her sister didn't have a seat for her or her boyfriend, who was assisting with the photos, because she considered them to be working and not guests.
