Behaviors and customs, like anything, change with time. As technology changes and history continues to unfold, we change right along with it. We don't use chamber pots and wear petticoats anymore, do we? But what are the changes that have happened over our lifetimes, or our parents' lifetimes?
Time and technology move and change in the blink of an eye, and we might even remember things from growing up that wouldn't fly anymore. Remember all those times we rode without a car seat, breathed in secondhand smoke, or grew up in houses with lead paint? The next generation wouldn't dream of it. But it's an odd thing to grow up and watch your customs become obsolete. It feels like you either have to change with the times or surrender and become a curmudgeon. But scroll this list and be reminded of all the things you've seen change. Some, perhaps, are for the better.
