We all want to have the best experience while being out and about, eating at restaurants, and enjoying life. That is why we can all probably recall times when those experiences don't go as planned, and we end up annoyed in certain situations. When going out to eat, for example, you expect the dining experience to provide you with a pleasant service, in which you are greeted a certain way, you get your food in an acceptable amount of time, and overall leave the place feeling content. When one of these things goes wrong, people tend to lose it.
Should people lose it over these hiccups? Probably not. The world will not stop turning if your food takes longer than 10 minutes to arrive, and you can always find a bright side to these kinds of situations, instead of getting angry to no avail. But people do get angry, like the entitled customer in this Reddit story, and often the consequences are worse than the situation itself.
