If we've learned one thing in our time as writers for I Can Has Cheezburger, it's that you should always trust the cat distribution system. When it chooses you, you've been deemed ready for another cat in your life. Sometimes it happens completely unexpectedly, like having a "not my cat" adopt you out of the blue, maybe you save an abandoned kitten, or maybe, just maybe, one walks into your life just as others leave.

This wholesome feline pawrent recently put down his two childhood cats, who lived to be around 23 years old. After such unbearable heartbreak he felt lost. But, less than a week later, he found a kitten outside his workplace and decided to take him home. The cute kitten, named "Toast", literally looks like a mixture of his two childhood cats.
