Our dogs are changing. It happens constantly, furr sure, but when they reach the point in their short lives when they're considered "elderly", the change is very noticeable. They might not be as energetic, they might not be as excited, but you know what they are? Giving you love for years now, and keep on giving. Think about how awesome it is that you have such a loving fluffy friend for years and years. Dogs are an endless love-giving battery, and the fact they're still around as elders to do so - is the most wholesome fact we can think of right now.
Even if our dogs are changing, becoming old dogs, they deserve all the love, affection, appreciation, and respect from us hoomans. They have always been such good boys and girls, and the best of friends - they still are - and we need to be nothing less of it for them as well.
