He called the cops, filed multiple violations, and even endured a kids' party with a loud MC that went on well into the early morning hours.

Finally, after years of sleepless nights and growing frustration, his efforts finally paid off and the parties came to an end. But the homeowner wasn't done yet—he had his own plans for revenge. Knowing that his neighbor was a construction worker and relied on weekends to catch up on sleep after early mornings on the job, he decided to make his mornings a little less peaceful.

    I figured out the apartments electric meters were in a locked closet at the end of the hall. Learned how to pick that lock and turned his power off. Would turn it back on after a few hours. Dude never did figure it out.
