The breakroom can be an abundant source of workplace beef because plenty of us do not play when it comes to our food. We all know the stereotypes of that colleague who insists on microwaving fish or has an enraging habit of making other peoples' lunches go missing, and that is only the start when it comes to things we have to be worried about when we sit down to tuck into that hard-earned midday meal.
Most of us have experienced judgment at a job at some point or another, and apparently, we can't even get away from it when we're on our break. This is something that was underlined in an amusing thread where an employee claimed he was asserting his superiority over his coworkers by eating salad for lunch while they had junk food. It's fair to say that most people didn't agree with his point of view, even if he was taking the healthy option.
