A relationship will always have ups and downs. Maybe you need to work on more communication in your partnership, or maybe he needs to think about grabbing you flowers every so often to boost your mood. It isn't easy navigating a relationship, especially if you're partnered up with a fella who clearly has some demons. But, what do we ladies do? We stay, hoping that with enough time and care, things might start looking up.
But sometimes, some things occur that are past the point of repair. It helps to know we've done everything we could, but self-respect is the first thing that should be on our to-do list. The only person we have after all is said and done is ourselves—and that's beautiful.
