There can be an innocent cuteness to this codependency, but there also reaches a point where it's gone too far. What are the telltale signs of a relationship going from cute and wholesome to just plain cringe?

    I_like_big_mutts 20h ago. She needs a retreat to "find" herself & individual+couples therapy this is very bizarre behavior for a married couple. The behavior is something a 10 year old who is trying to find connection and fit-in would have.

    OP, tell Lucy that you married her, NOT YOURSELF! She needs to find her own identity as this can become super unhealthy for her, and highly upsetting for you.
