all of this information a year ago. I don't think it's my fault if he lacks the reading comprehension skills to see that he already had all of this information and neglected to download it or change the passwords a year ago.

Outside-Carpet7479 OP 2d ago • I started filling out the claim months ago and honestly was just afraid of dealing with them again. They are vindictive evil people and they are public figures.

The_London_Badger • 2d ago Ask for the 10k, tell him your consultation fee is 1k per day. That you handed over everything and it's not your problem anymore. If he makes an excuse about he can't

control his business partner tell him that's fine I literally tossed and deleted everything related to your business as per data protection act.

amcmxxiv 2d ago No obligation. But they are obligated to pay you. Pursue that whether you help with passwords or not. If you have written evidence of the obligation, see if it qualifies as a wage claim.

drumberg 2d ago • Highly doubtful there is a legal obligation here unless you've left something out. If I left a company on good terms I'd help them out by taking 15 seconds of my time. If I was owed a pile of money that they never paid me because they are d˚, I would not.
  • 19
duxbak79 2d ago • Nope. Tell him you're happy to look around for those passwords when you receive your $10k plus interest
  • 20
AccomplishedDonut760 2d ago • Youve already provided them the data they requested. As long as you do nothing malicious with it you are under no obligation, they can reach out directly to IG / FB Support and verify they're them and get access. Or they can pay you a consultants fee idk sure as h I arent paying you to tell you what to do

sewingmomma • 2d ago • Report him to the department of labor for non payment! Don't help him with the passwords!

benlogna • 22h ago lolol send them a 10k bill for consultation services and then provide the passwords when they pay you.
