Dutiful, fair, and always willing to dish out that Christmas bonus, good bosses are a dime in a dozen. And they may be rare, but believe it or not, they are out there!
We've all had bad bosses and know the repercussions that come with a micromanager or a nepo-baby boss, and every employee's worst fear when starting a new job is that they'll be strapped with some militant supervisor judging their every move and whittling away at their self-esteem. But some of us employees out here in the workforce get lucky with a gem of a human, guiding the helm of our company ship with fervor and grace as we steer off into the great unknown.
