When one of your parents starts dating someone new, that is an extremely uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. It cannot be easy to watch your dad, for example, date someone who is not your mom (or dad, for that matter). As much as you want him to be happy and content, it is still a tough pill to swallow. 

With that in mind, think about how you would feel if your dad would not only start dating someone new but that someone is also only two years older than yourself, how can someone begin to swallow a pill like that? Age gaps like these make my skin crawl, and I do not wish to be in the shoes of someone who has to deal with that crazy family dynamic.

Other than maybe Gloria and Jay from Modern Family, you cannot convince me that it is normal for a 60-year-old man to date someone as old as his daughter, and the story down below proves this claim even further.
