Working out is like writing an essay for school. You don't want to do it, but you know you have to and you'll feel elated once it's over with.
I wouldn't touch a treadmill with a 10-foot pole, but calesthenic exercises and Zumba classes are my thing. Pilates princesses likely feel the same way about certain workouts, especially when their Class Pass got them a 6 AM reservation for a high-intensity core-focused pilates crash course. Leaving the comfort of your own bed might be a struggle, but the endorphin rush after a good workout will make it all worth it.
Even when you finally make it to class, you might dread the high-intensity exercises to come. You can complain all you want, but $50 on a class you don't try your best in is $50 wasted. $50 is a small price to pay for the boost it'll give your body and your mind (unti, you're in bed by 7 PM because you're so sore you think you might pass away).
