All of these screenshots of early internet flash games are sending me way back. I have not genuinely thought about the old Disney Channel website in years, but I used to come home and play on it almost every day. My favorite games were the Lilo and Stitch sandwich-stacking game, the Kim Possible: A Stitch in Time game, and London Tipton's dress up game.

I think the cool thing about growing up at this time is that we had a lot of the same technology that we have now, but it wasn't so streamlined or on-demand. Sure we could spend hours watching TV and cartoons all day, but we had to accept what was on TV; we didn't have every option at our fingertips. We could listen to music on-the-go, but we couldn't listen to any song we wanted. We had to commit to a CD or have it downloaded already. There was no instant gratification.

25 Nostalgic Zillennial Memes for Women Born on the Cusp Between Generations
Welcome, millennials, Gen Z girlies, and everyone in-between. There's a pretty intense generation war going on on the internet right now. Gen X think that they're better than those lazy millennials, millennials are scared of Gen Z and their nonchalant humor, and everyone is really disturbed by the short attention spans of Gen Alpha. However, if you were born in the late 1990s or the early 2000s, it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly where your generational loyalties lie.
Those with older siblings who were teens in the mid 2000s might feel more like proper millennials as they were exposed to more of the popular culture of the time through someone who could understand it. Others only vaguely remember the references featured in millennial nostalgia memes because they were a bit too young to form long-term memories at the time. If you were too young for MySpace but got an Instagram before "stories" were introduced, thought boys would have frosted tips in high school but ended up surrounded by Justin Bieber wannabees, and were the target audience of Hannah Montana when it was airing, enjoy these in-between nostalgia memes.
