One of my all time favorite bands since when I was a young girl, The Cure. I had the biggest crush on Robert Smith, with his depressed eyes, his pallor complexion, and his huge, messy, black hair stringing down in his face. From their boisterous pop-ish songs, to their more depressive ones, Smith's voice carries us on a melancholic cloud to his underworld.

I hate to admit it, but I still listen to the same 80s music I've listened to for 20 years. I just can't get enough of the experimental sounds, the technological beeps and buttons, and the alternative structure of the songs that are immortalized in this funky and free decade.
