Nosy resident keeps taking pictures of neighbor's property without their approval, they confront her about it to no avail, leading them to install a privacy fence: ‘Out of sight, out of mind’

If you were wondering what's better - an involved and nosy neighbor or a neighbor you don't even know and never even talk to, the correct answer is always, and we mean always, the latter.

Sure, we all love to imagine how we become best friends with our neighbors–it all starts with a nice 'welcome to the neighborhood' greeting, maybe even a gift basket, then you find yourself in desperate need of two eggs so you knock at your neighbor's doors and they lend you a hand, and then before you know it you are having dinners together and basically become BBFs.

The only problem is, that as long as you don't live inside a literal sitcom show, that lovely scenario is simply never going to happen.

Instead, you can expect two of the following situations; either you see your neighbors once in a week or so, awkwardly nodding to each other from a safe distance, maybe exchanging a comment about the weather; or you constantly find yourself complaining and arguing with them about every small thing, because they are the worst neighbors ever.
