Yes, because the weather is the front desk agent's fault. That makes complete sense! These are the stories that make you feel exponentially more grateful for the customer-facing employees in the world. They deal with nonsensical behavior and illogical individuals every day and never fail to keep their cool. Though it might be a soul-sucking job at times, I'm sure it feels good to tell off some entitled customers every once in a while with a faux smile plastered on their faces.
