'My daughter and I were in shock': Woman ends 8-year friendship after catching friend snooping in her house on security cameras

Have you ever had a best friend betray you? Not the kind of drama you'd expect as kids, like fighting over who got to sit next to your crush at lunch or arguing over matching friendship bracelets. Back then, a simple apology (or swapping your favorite gel pens) could fix just about anything. But we mean friends who are fully adults, acting just as childish. There's no recess to cool off and definitely no teacher to mediate things.

This woman had a best friend for over eight years, someone she met back when she was her hairstylist. Their friendship grew over time, filled with shared hobbies and late-night hangouts. She had no reason ever to doubt her best friend until her new security system caught her in a unexplainable lie. And a creepy one at that. If you've ever had to cut ties with a toxic friend, hopefully they weren't as intrusive as the woman in this story.
