    Just my luck I pushed the snow that was on the roof down onto the front window. Being safe is no chump job... I, again, cleaned the front window to the point that there was not a snowflake left on

    Here in Norway, the MINIMUM cleared area of the front windshield is the same area the window wipers cover. Snow on the roof IS a danger, really, so well done on that too. And unreadable plates can get you ticketed in most countries.
