After being vaguely told that things were not exactly “working out” with his boss, this employee switched departments and was under the impression that he put all this negativity behind him. Sadly, he was wrong for thinking it was over. Instead, his new coworker, the one who was replacing his old position, was now bothering the employee day in and day out with questions about how to do certain things.
Well, the employee figured that since he apparently was not doing a great job, then he had no great advice to give to this new hire. Power to him!

Several folks responded with a variety of reactions to this employee's pettiness. Some felt he was justified, while others expressed that he was taking out his frustrations on the wrong individual. What do you all think? Should this employee feel a responsibility to help out his new replacement or should he stick it to the man, so to speak?
