Twin sister calls out twin brother's girlfriend for having inappropriate jealousy towards her, awkwardness ensues: 'She treats me like I'm some kind of "threat" and that's WEIRD!'

When it comes to jealous within a relationship, things can get messy. There are times when jealous is normal and then there are times it is taken too far. When the big green jealousy monster takes over a partner it can mean the end to a relationship. It's difficult to concentrate on the happiness you share with your partner when one of you can't trust you simply due to their own insecurities. Sure, it's not always because of insecurities. Sometimes the lore goes a lot deeper with two people. But in most cases, jealous arises from some sort of past trauma in another that they project. 

 

But we're not trying to dissect anyone's psyches here. We're just sharing a story about a jealous girlfriend who was way out of line. Most people know that it's a relationship "green flag" when you find a man who has a healthy relationship with their sister. In this case, however, the girlfriend lost her cool. The siblings were fraternal twins, one was a guy and the other was a girl. They were close siblings, friendly even, but in no way "attached at the hip"—they both very much led their own separate lives. But the twin brother's girlfriend still could not stand to see "her man" spending time with another woman, even if that woman was his literal twin sister…
