Free time is a beautiful concept in theory. You imagine catching up on sleep, binge-watching your favorite shows, or exploring hobbies you've been neglecting for years. But in practice, free time is more like a glowing beacon that draws everyone who needs something done but doesn't feel like doing it themselves. The moment you have a few hours to yourself, the world collectively decides you're available for errands and unpaid labor.  

It doesn't matter what you actually planned to do—it's suddenly everyone else's plans that take priority. Need someone to pick up something across town? You've got time. Need a favor that takes hours of effort but zero appreciation? You're free, so obviously you'll do it. The worst part is how other people treat your free time like it's their free time—time they can delegate and manage to their liking, all while you barely get a chance to breathe.
