Double Malt Rainbow

These cakes are covered in crispy m&ms and the clouds are vanilla cotton candy and my drool has dribbled almost to my belt. And the cake, the cake is made with Ovaltine! We used to drink Ovaltine at Casey's house on Wednesdays before dance class in 7th grade and I LOVED dance class so OBVIOUSLY this cake is now the greatest thing I've ever seen.
