After doing a few loads of fresh laundry, this resident was happy to save the cash on a dryer and protect the integrity of her linens by hanging her clothes to dry. Although it's a common practice, hanging clothes to dry, the person next door was flabbergasted. With her own clothes hanging on the line, she believed that the atmosphere itself was dismantled by the side-by-side laundry, and because of this, she scolded her neighbor for her insolence. How dare she hang her clothes to dry at the same exact moment!
Luckily, the entire neighborhood shared the same sense of humor when it came to this Karen of a neighbor, because of her futile demands.
However, the Karen wasn't so pleased with the retaliation. Apparently, in this neighborhood, only one person could enjoy laundry day on their own, because there's not enough sunshine for everybody.

The sun is not a finite resource when it comes to laundry.
Perhaps when you're discussing agriculture, the solar system, and the infinity of time, the sun feels finite. But when we're referring to a Sunday afternoon of chores, there's more than enough sunshine and vitamin D to go around. Especially if your neighbor's laundry line has no interference with your own, this accusation is completely off base.
