Rescued Bat Acts Just Like A Dog, Demanding Belly Rubs From His Human (Video)

Whenever we think of pets - of cuddly animals that can bring us love and joy, we usually think about the same few. Cats, dogs, parrots, maybe a hamster or a bunny. But one thing that we found out in our time writing for Animal Comedy is that there are so many unconventional animals that we humans can made friends with - if only we're kind and patient enough (and a little lucky too). We have seen a man befriend a seagull, feeding it every day through a window until they got close. We have seen a diver become friends with a huge wild fish, with the fish recognizing him and greeting him. We have even seen a man become friends with a teeny tiny wild octopus, living the Little Mermaid dream.
