Different people have different priorities; some look for an easy job that doesn't require much mental work, while others want to be challenged every day. Some only need a job to pay well, so they can invest in their hobbies, while others are happy with a job to pay the bills.

But if there is one thing we learned that everyone needs in their job, is good people, and specifically good managers. A good manager goes a long way, and without it, most employees do not last at their jobs, even if they like everything else…
