Construction workers get even with boss's entitled son by hiding his bathroom access: 'He'd click his fingers at us and treat us like hired help'

Most employees have learned how to stomach following the boss's orders, but no one ever said anything about obeying the boss's son! In this instance, we have a group of construction workers who genuinely seemed to enjoy working for their employer, except when he brought his son to work. This entitled kid loved to assert his authority despite the fact that he had no real power over these employees, not to mention his total lack of experience.

Of course, this kind of behavior isn't necessarily easy to ignore. You don't want to upset the nepo baby and then potentially jeopardize your own job security when the kid inevitably informs his father that he doesn't like you. At the same time, you do not want to wait hand and foot on this guy. In fact, if his father knew how unprofessional his behavior was, he would step in immediately. However, the problem is that nobody wanted to be that brave soul and inform the head honcho. 

Instead, the team found their own avenue for some much-needed petty revenge. Once the hotel site they were constructing started to shape up, they got rid of all the portable bathrooms since a fully functioning one was now built. However, the team didn't inform the nepo baby that there was a real bathroom available, so when he marched in one day demanding a large pot of coffee, the team ensured that he would be left scrambling for the facilities. This may not have been the kind of petty revenge that exposed the entitlement and incompetence of the boss's son. However, it did give the entire crew a well-deserved laugh while protecting themselves. After all, the boss's son had no clue that this was a well-orchestrated plan!
