    TenaCVols I love what you all did. Bet the AH manager wishes now she would have let you keep working your nonsense hours. My current job allows us all to have flexibility when it comes to our working hours during the week. They realize people have lives and some things can't be done after work. As long as we have 40 hours at the end of the week they are okay with it.
