Listen, our bodies all operate at different temperatures (not really, but you get the idea), and it's completely normal to physically react to different temperatures in a number of ways. The employee in this next story opens their office window because their coworker sets the office thermostat too high in the heat of the summer. Even though you can put on more clothes but you can't take them off… That would be an HR situation.
This coworker has a space heater, which she leaves on at all times, a heating pad, and an office with a door. So, she can put herself in a warm enclosure, away from the very scary 65-degree winds. I know, I know. Colleagues must learn how to compromise. This coworker fails to do just that, and the employee's reaction is completely justified when they refuse to stop opening the window. Why is it that one coworker's comfort is put above this employee's (and probably others in the office)?
