‘She has saved my life with her alerts on more than one occasion.’: Misguided HR director’s refusal to acknowledge a small service dog’s legitimate purpose triggers an investigation and a lawsuit, which results in a public apology and an hr restructuring

Service doggos are the true unsung heroes of this world. They do so much, yet want for so little, they care so much, but cost so little and at the end of the day they are not just fulfilling a job, they are becoming their patient's best friend furever. It is a truly special connection that can change someone's life for the better in a seriously significant way.

Which is why the level of ignorance in this story is simply too much to ignore and had to be put on show for the whole world to see that denying someone a legitimate service animal for legitimate reasons is not going to end up going well for the denier. And while it might take a bit of fight, it is always worth standing your ground when you know that you are right and that letting others get their way when they are simply wrong is something that we should not stand for.
