Cats are curious creatures, there is little denying that fact. They in themselves are curious about so many things in the world, and their behavior as a thing in itself is one of the more curious things about them. And it can be said that both of these factors are rather boldly highlighted in this story we have lined up for you today, which tells the tale of an older kitten who had a habit of running away from home.

But it was not in the hopes of being an antisocial stray roaming the streets protecting its territory, rather it seems it was in the hopes of finding a new home, considering how affectionate and kind it was being to passersby. And then the curious cherry plonked atop this curious cake is that its pawrent seemed completely apathetic about having the cat returned to her. As though she had given up on the cat coming back, and it did not bother her one bit…can you make any sense of this seriously strange story?

  • Well, erm, that is pretty awkward and borderline abandoning your cat. Especially as a kitten who has little to no idea of how the big bad hooman world works, the idea that she would just give up on finding that vulnerable creature is really rather saddening. Surely, if you are that apathetic, you give up and adopt the cutie out to someone who cares?
