Are you hungry? Did a healthier version of yourself pack your lunch today or order you a salad at work? Good for you but also, curses! IT always starts off all nice and healthy, but then once the actual hunger hits you wish you had ordered something more substantial. Something heartier. Something greasier. Something like a burger or pizza, some comfort food. Yes, two of the more unhealthy items you could choose, so good for you for getting a salad!… But also, uuuuugh. Why do I have to go into a food coma after eating a slice of pizza for lunch? Normalize napping post-lunch. Seriously. I'm hear ordering a salad for lunch when work is paying for it. Have I lost my mind? I could get the crispiest greasy fried chicken sandwich, and I got a salad? Yes, I know when I ordered I was thinking, "well, I don't want to go into a coma after lunch…" But like, why can't I?? I'll say it again, normalize post-lunch work naps!!
