I'm just going to say it. South Koreans are some of the coolest people on the planet, and I don't think they fully realize it. Which somehow makes them even cooler.

Long before K-pop dominated charts and Korean cinema took over global awards seasons, the streets of South Korea in the 1990s were already doing something special. This was fashion that didn't feel like it was trying to impress anyone. Oversized jackets, perfectly broken-in denim, bold colors paired with total confidence, and silhouettes that somehow looked casual and intentional at the same time.
