When life gives you hardships - hiss at them.

That's what a cat would do. And it works very well for them. Is there something they don't want to do? Just keep on sleeping like a rock. Is htere something they don't understand? Hiss at it. Always good to hiss first, ask questions later. Is something bothering them? Walk away, tail high, with cat confidence. Cats seem to know what they're doing, and we think we should adopt this life's philosophy too. Because living like a cat has its perks.

So when you reach this midweek slope of manace, where everything seems like it's oput of place, all people do around you is annoying, and that one extra thing on your to-do list is haunting your dreams even during the day - push it off the counter. If it works for a cat who doesn't like that water cup, just standing there, unattended - it can work for your metaphorical life counter. Every inconvinience during your week is a lonely water cup, and you can just… push it. And watch it fall with curious eyes. If it works for cats - it can work for all of us, hardworking hoomans, as well.

It's not just that. If you were a cat, it's not only the work you won't be having - you will never have to deal with another Zoom meeting, any to-do list, and definitely no bosses. Because as a cat, you are your own boss - and also your human's boss.
And it's not just meow meow (though a cat's life is definitely filled with a lot of meow meow) - it's this hooman slave you got in your house (because the house is yours). They'll clean your litter, they'll keep your food bowl full, and they'll give you lots of yummy treats.
