Everything is better when you have a dog. Even a Monday morning.

Monday mornings are notorious for being the bad guy of the week. Sure, there are other bad days, but they're bad like "the class clown who can't stop interrupting the teacher every two minutes", or "the insufferable class queen who's sure she can get away with everything with nothing but a bleached smile". But Mondays? They're like the class thug, pushing your head into a locker for your lunch money. And the week hasn't even started yet.

But then, imagine yourself going through the Monday hardships with a dog by your side. A fluffy friend on four. A loyal canine companion. Suddenly, things seem smaller, trouble looks tiny, and tail-wags woosh away problems. A happy smile stretched from one droopy ear to the other, and things just naturally feel lighter than they are. Dogs are like magic - it's like they have a pawsitivity aura emanating in a 10-foot radius, making everyone in it much happier. Dogs make everything better, and in this "everything", Monday mornings are included. So if you haven't yet, look at it as a sign to go to your nearest shelter and adopt a dog. Going through life with a doggo friendo is the best.

It's the height of winter now, and the weather really makes us miss when it was still chill enough for the brown leaves to fall on the ground, and organized in piles for our dog to jump into and enjoy it like they never did a fun thing before in their lives -instead of whatever this weather is right now. Just cold, rainy, but not even cold enough for snow to pile up - for our dog to jump into those as well. You know, at least one of us would be having fun from this weather… and it wouldn't be us, if you understand what we're saying.
