If you're on the verge of tears and feeling like Oscar the Grouch, don't worry, it's a purrfectly normal thing to feel on a Wednesday. But when life gets you down, just remember that we get to live in the same world cats, and then, everything should get better.

There are many "quick fixes" for a person in need of a laugh nowadays. You can just open YouTube or any app and scroll to your heart's content. You'll be immersed in a digital world literally built to give your brain dopamine within seconds. For some people, it's watching others play video games, others choose the classic comedy roast, but us? We prefurr the classics: cats.

Would the world survive without funny cat memes, videos, and tweets? We're not sure, but we don't want to test that theory and find out. Purrsonally, we know that without our midweek serving of cat tweets, we might fall into a pit of despair that we could never climb out of. They make us laugh, giggle, and meowgically furget that we still have 2+ more days until Caturday. Even if it's only for a few minutes, these hissterical posts are like a breath of fresh air after you just cleaned your cat's litter box.

It may only be Wednesday (or whatever day you're reading this), but cats are everywhere if you look hard enough (or type in the right keywords). When people compare cats to dogs, they often say that cats are “useless” because they don't have any sort of job in your house. Dogs can be trained to get you a drink from the fridge, fend off intruders, fetch your medication, etc. So, to those people, we show them this tweet, and they have nothing else to say. Cats can have a job, it just usually involves hitting something.

Comfort is not a factor when it comes to cats and sleeping. Have you seen the pawsitions they fall asleep in? We once caught our cat sleeping in the small space in between our dresser and the wall. That couldn't have been comfortable, and yet, there she slept, and she slept soundly.
