UPDATE: "Genuine Karen" neighbor insists Mom can't use public parking space: 'She's insistent I need to park... on a busy road'

Why can't this neighbor understand that the public road space is for everyone?

If you're a mom, you're impossibly busy all the time. And if you're a homeowner with nothing else to do in the world, you might spend your time bugging your neighbors about petty things, like who parks where. And thus, these two people meet, and no one leaves happy!

This person has had an ongoing situation with a neighbor for months now. This neighbor has ardently decided that this woman shouldn't park across the street from her house. Why? There doesn't seem to be a real reason. The neighbor just doesn't like it, and has made it her mission to bug this poor Mom who's just trying to find somewhere to park the car.

What a weirdo! Why in the world is she so hung up on the parking arrangement? And, maybe more importantly, why is she cosplaying as a landlord? In what world has a parking space ever served as a notice that someone is moving out? Literally never, Karen. Let's use our critical thinking skills here.

People warned this Mom to be cautious with her actions… Some people out there are genuine whackadoodles who don't have their heads on straight. If anything, go ahead and let her sue or contact authorities or whatever. They'll document the evidence (or lack thereof) and might even give the Karen neighbor a fine for wasting the police officer's time.
Don't delete anything... and maybe warn other neighbors, too

Since the neighbor seems to just want attention, she'll get it from anyone. It doesn't have to be this Mom's job to maintain a line of communication with someone who clearly has some issues and also clearly doesn't wish her well. Whenever this Mom feels like she's ready to be done with the wacky neighbor once and for all, she should go ahead with this plan.
