French Bulldog stolen by homeless found and picked up in park by dog pawrent after thief couldn’t sell dog, resulting in heartwarming reunion with pupper’s petrified mom, says: ‘There are no words to describe how grateful I am that Brioche is home again.’

Sadly pure breed puppers are targets for theft, but with a bit of luck, this pupper managed to avoid being sold.

Having your dog stolen is a hard enough thing to deal with, without adding to your problems with the possibility that your pupper will be sold on. At least the original theft gives you a chance, a hope that the thief could be found and your pupper returned.

But the moment that dog passes onto someone else your chances of being reunited plummet. And it is safe to say that the dog mom who was put through this painful experience knew she had to act fast and raise awareness anyway that she could. With the support of the local media and posts of social networks she made sure the word was out so that anyone who might be lucky enough to come across her lost pupper could get in touch. Thankfully, one pupper pawrent did so, and before long dutifully contacted Brioche the Bulldog's momma to arrange for their heartwarming reunion.

Wow, talk about coming in hot. This story is setting off like a meteor crashing down to earth in a fiery blaze of glory. What kind of fresh madness is this that a person in a desperate position would try to steal and sell a dog. We can only imagine that they were not of sound mind when they did this. Especially seeing as it is not a great sales technique to try and sell a dog from a backpack. We don’t know about you, but we only buy dogs from luxury handbags… Jokes aside this is such a harrowing event and we cannot imagine the fear this pawrent felt.

Holy guacamole that is one heck of an interesting turn of events. But it makes sense that a fellow pupper pawrent would be the one to make this rescue possible. After all, if we were this abducted doggo we would find it hard to trust strange hoomans. So the presence of another pupper who could confirm that their pawrent was a decent and reliable hooman must have been quite the comfort to this lost doggo. So perhaps the moral of the story is that we need to be employing doggos to help find doggos…or maybe we should just be thankful that this one was found.
