It's the worst feeling to ask for PTO days you've rightly earned.
Why do employees feel so encumbered by the burdens of the workplace? It's really only a place you go to get the job done, leave, and then come home to enjoy your life. Ultimately, jobs and careers are a means to an end. So why does it always feel like such a big deal to ask for vacation time?
