What would you do if everything made you gag?

Pregnancy is a very unique experience. Every woman has their own ups and downs. One thing that tends to be a common thread is nausea. Some feel it more intensely than others. We've all felt it at some point or another, whether it's when we drank too much in college that one time, or we got food poisoning on that trip abroad, or you're a little medically queasy. However, pregnant women also tend to have unique reasons for their nausea. For instance, if you talk too fast or the moon is shaped weird… BARF.

    'I can't open the fridge...'

    This all started because a woman was trying to put her groceries away, but simply couldn't. The reason? She is 13 weeks pregnant, and the instant she opens the fridge, she starts to gag. She says, "I have so many groceries to put away, but" and then she opens the fridge and starts gagging. However, she is also laughing due to the absurdity of it all. Like, why is just opening the fridge too much for her? 

    Through her good spirits and laughter, the comment section of the video has now filled up with other mothers sharing their most hilarious reasons for gagging while pregnant.

  • Wow, becoming a mother is only for the strongest! Can you imagine finding a scuff on a wall so repulsive, you can't even control your gagging? Or even just the thought of “egg” is enough to send you over the edge. Holy moly! Go thank your mother for everything you put them through when you were growing in their body.

Tim Hortons was selling a limited time pretzel bagel with mustard spread. it was the only thing I could tolerate eating. went in one day and they told me they were no longer available. I began crying so hard I was retching. That manager got me every pretzel bagel they had remaining and filled up multiple soup containers with all the mustard spread, all for free. probably to get the hysterical 8 months pregnant lady out of h

  • At least these mothers are all able to laugh at their nauseating experiences while pregnant. Even though it's a struggle, it's worth it in the end. Plus, barfing stories always tend to be funny in hindsight! So now you can laugh at it. Heck, you can even make a TikTok about it like this mom, and you can laugh with moms from around the world who are also going through or have gone through the same struggles as you. Isn't motherhood beautiful?!

  • If you were planning on getting pregnant, beware that you might find the sight of your own brother repulsive. Which, as all siblings know, was probably something you already told them you felt when you saw them as a kid, but now it's for real!
