Since all of has dealt with difficult neighbors before, I wasn't surprised to see so many commenters sharing stories of their own. No matter how the OP decides to handle this neighbor, I think we can all agree that sharing a common space will always be a challenge. And I'll be the first to say that if I have to call authorities to put my beloved bad neighbor in place, I'll most definitely do so. What would you do?
