Again, I think we’re losing the plot; we used to plan wedding ceremonies because we wanted to publicly celebrate love and entertain our loved ones, and now much of that has been replaced by the desire to look a certain way in photos and on social media. I’ve heard younger generations are leaving social media; I wish that is true, not because I think we should revert to traditional values or anything, but because I think we went too far and integrated our online personas too much into our intimate affairs.

I hope the drama from this story wasn’t as big and was only a slight inconvenience, because it’s obvious that they didn’t have bad intentions; the change was announced too late, and they can always edit the pics! Clearly the most important thing for them was the pics.
