  • ajlorello Absolutely! Does everyone feel this is a newer thing? I feel like I'm a frog in the water situation and may have not noticed. I've been with my company for 25 years, and in the last few, I've seen it change to the point that it's no longer recognizable as the company it started as. I'm realizing I need to make a change to get through the rest of my career.
