Not going to lie, if this happened to us, we would have been terrified. These are clearly very experienced and very meownipulative criminals. They know what they are doing. They knew the results that their break-in would have. Now, not only have they broken into your home as well, but they have also forced you to feed them and take care of them… furrever. And they didn't stop there. They made sure that you found their mother as well. So they get the benefits of everyone taking care of them. Terrifying. We don't know how you made it safely through this whole situation. Although, we suppose you didn't.

Seriously though, you doing all of this is not something that we take for granted. Adopting and taking care of four kittens is difficult enough, but the fact that you cared enough to not only go look for the mother, but to bring her in as well… we wish everyone was more like this. It can be so easy, sometimes, to do something good, and you did something so, so good that day. We hope all the good karma comes your way and that both you and your family, as well as these kittens and their momma, live long and healthy lives. Full of cats. Because life with cats is always better anyway.
