Big tech companies have been under fire for years now. We all know Facebook and Instagram are constantly pulling some evil villain-level sh*t, TikTok has one of the most invasive privacy settings, and there's the large search engines getting exposed—like Google.
Google came under fire in 2018 for their chief executive approving an agreement with Facebook at the heart of an antitrust lawsuit. Texas attorney general, Ken Paxton, argued that Google had “obtained and abused” a monopoly over the technologies that deliver ads online. Since monopolies are illegal in the U.S., this is a huge issue. This huge company is doing what huge companies do, and trying to hoard all the money for themselves.
To provide viewers of the trial with the proper visualization, a man in the gallery had dressed up as the Monopoly man from the board game, with a mustache that kept getting larger and larger and of course, the iconic top hat and monocle.

TikToker Tabitha aka @stabitha420 either just noticed, or is bringing back this epic scene from recent history and TikTokers are ecstatic. Plus, her added hilarious commentary and laughing in the background of the video really brings viewers along for the hysterical ride. So if this is your first time seeing this, don't feel bad that you missed it the first time around, TikTok is making it a special experience once again.
However, it's not just the monopoly man that stole the show. Commenter are quick to remind viewers not to forget about the camera man who looked scarily similar to Bruce Willis.

The trial happened in 2018 bearing no hardcore results, and they have a tentative trial date set for September in 2023. So it's important to keep this subject relevant, especially as we come closer to the new trial date. (You can watch the entire trial here.)
