Farmer is Shocked to Find Mama Cat Just Gave Birth Within the Piles of Hay She was Loading into Her Truck

It was getting late on this Texan farm and this farmer just wanted to load some last minute hay onto her truck. While she was shoveling through the hay, she saw one of her adorable barn kittens just taking a little snooze between the hay bundles. She decides to take a video fo this cute little scene, because who doesn't swoon over a kitty slumbering. As she's looking around and getting closer to the sleeping kitty, *pop* *pop* out comes tiny little babies. 

“Well, I'm still shocked,” she captions the video with. She still needs to shovel the hay, so now she is tasked with trying to relocate this new adorable little family of mama kitty and three smol kittens. The video is just hear panning around showing off the hay and kind of mentioning that there is a tiny kitty taking a nap in there. “I'm here loading up hay," she says in the video, before panning over to the sleeping cat she spotted. “…Ahhh! There's a baby! I didn't know there was a baby in here! I thought she was just sleeping!… I didn't know you gave birth!” 

Commenters think the mama cat's reaction is hilarious as well, because she turns and looks at the TikToker like any tired new mom would. One commenter said, “😂😂😂That look she just gave you was that of a stressed mother with no sleep. 😂😂🥰🥰” and another added, “Cat is like…would you be quiet, I barely get sleep anymore. 😂🥰.”

*talking about hay* “Ahhh, there's a baby!”

It was getting dark, so she had to first go get a flashlight before she could record her first update. She ended up just making a quick little nest for the cat and her babies in a doghouse connected to the hay bar she found her in. There she made it extra comfy for the family and put out a bowl of goat's milk with kibble for the mama to eat. She left for a bit, and when she came back the mama had moved into there with the three babies. So it all went according to plan, even though the entire situation was a total shock to the farmer.

Lastly, she posted a video of the mama walking around before with a pregnant belly. It's unclear if the farmer actually knew if the cat was already pregnant and it was just that she had given birth right then and there that shocked her, or the entire pregnancy was a surprise. Either way, the farmer seems stoked and already in love with the smol little kittens. Surely, they'll grow up to be sleepy little barn cats just like their mama.
